As licensed professionals, it’s essential that we follow these rules, even when it’s not easy. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued trust during this transition.

  • Custody and Protection of your assets is a top priority for us. After a thorough due diligence process, we selected Fidelity as our custodian due to their private ownership, advanced technology, independent research capabilities, and strong reputation for service. We are highly confident in the safeguards they have in place and value their proven strength, scale, and credibility in the industry. As of 3/31/2025, Fidelity custodied over $15 trillion in assets.

  • Once you complete and sign the account opening and transfer documents provided via the Docupace link, we will initiate the transfer process from your previous firm. Transfers typically take 5 to 10 business days, though private investments may require additional time. We will closely monitor your accounts throughout the process and provide updates as needed. After the transfer is complete, we will assist you in re-establishing any recurring transactions such as direct deposits, automatic drafts, and other linked transfers.
