As Service Manager, Madison oversees day-to-day account servicing, working closely with advisors and clients to ensure a seamless experience. In addition to her client service responsibilities, Madison leads the firm's marketing and communications initiatives, managing the website, social media presence, client events, marketing campaigns, and overall brand strategy.
